will be forwarded property valuation enquiries that relate to their
areas of operation. |
| Once
the valuer receives an e-mail valuation request from OzeVal, the
valuer deals directly with the client regarding all matters. An
administration fee of $33 (GST Inclusive) is paid to OzeVal upon
receipt of payment from the client. |

No fee is charged for clients using their own panel valuer, i.e. nominating a preferred valuer.
